GOD left us ways to escape….use HIS promises!

Posted: September 5, 2012 in GOD~owned words

Stand on the promises of GOD to help you when you are in trouble.

  • I prayed to the LORD, and he answered me. He freed me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4
  • The LORD is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. He is close to those who trust in him. Nahum 1:7
  • The LORD is good to everyone. He showers compassion on all his creation. Psalm 145:9
  • The righteous person faces many troubles, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.
    Psalm 34:19

There is nothing too big nor too small that GOD can’t handle for us if you trust HIM.

Once you start to focus on yourself instead of GOD that opens up the door for depression, self-will, pride, & all the evil of this world to come in & take HIS place.

  • All you who fear the LORD, trust the LORD! He is your helper and your shield. Psalm 115:11
  • Let those who fear the LORD say: “His love endures forever.” Psalm 118:4

GOD loves you no matter how good or bad you feel, HE has already forgiven your sins against HIM.

  • For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; HE has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west. Psalm 103:11-12
  • “I–yes, I alone–will blot out your sins for my own sake and will never think of them again. Isaiah 43:25
  • For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more. Hebrews 8:12
